  4. Conflict • Johnny killed a soc named Bob and you get in trouble for killing so he and Ponyboy ran away, to an old church and Johnny keeps saying that he should just turn himself in .This story is Man v Society and Man v Self.

  5. Summary of Plot • The main idea of The Outsiders book is the fact that Darry, Johnny, Ponyboy ,Dally ,and Sodapop are all greasers. 1 of the important facts is the part were Darry decides to hit Ponyboy because without that Johnny and Ponyboy wouldn’t have ran away.

Theme • The theme of the book is the fact that the socs and greasers treat each other with hate. • Text Evidence 1:Page42 every time a mustang comes the socs are ready to beat up greaser. • Text Evidence 2:Page55 when Bob tells Ponyboy a greaser is white trash with long hair • Text Evidence 3:Page5 when ponyboy gets jumped almost by socs. • The truism of this book is treat everyone with equal respect that you'd give yourself .

  7. Point of View • The point of view in The Outsiders book is from 1st point of view , how it’s noticeable and you can tell is because it says a lot of I ,myself , and ,me .

  8. Symbolism The socs are coming when this blue mustang appears.

  9. Recommendation • The book is worth reading because it gives you adventure and it makes your adrenaline pump. • Its really interesting at times its also sad at others and confusing at times because they’ll act like you can understand you .
