  3. 2002 NANPA Performance Report Status • Requested additional time to complete report • Previewed preliminary data with the FCC and NANPA on March 4th • Survey and data gathering now complete • Report undergoing assembly and formatting • Final report to be distributed to NANC by May 5th • NOWG will present its findings at the May NANC meeting NOWG NANC Report

  4. 2002 Survey Responses • More responses than in previous years • Total reflects single survey per entity NOWG NANC Report

  5. Performance Improvement Plan(PIP) Status 2003 PIP will be developed upon completion of the NANPA’s 2002 Annual Performance Report NOWG NANC Report

  6. PAS Semi-Annual Forecasting Report • Dispute with the PA reported 1-29-03 and referred to the NOWG for investigation • Issue is related to the mechanism for submission of pooling semi-annual forecasts • NOWG collecting facts and data • Report near completion and will be circulated to the NANC NOWG NANC Report

  7. PA Change Order #17 Recommendation • New Change Order submitted on 2/13/2003 • Change Order #17 replaces Change Order #16 • NOWG reviewed and recommended the Change Order be approved • Provided its recommendation to the FCC on 2/24/2003 NOWG NANC Report
