TRANSITIONAL LIVING CENTER • LOCATED NEXT TO WESTGATE • ACTS AS A “HALF-WAY HOUSE” FOR INMATES ON THEIR WAY OUT • THE AIM IS TO PROVIDE A STRUCTURED ENVIRONMENT SO THAT RESIDENTS CAN SUCCESSFULLY TRANSITION BACK TO SOCIETY • PROVIDES A “LIVING AT HOME” SETTING
