  2. Air bleed valve no adjustments Do not adjust factory set Pump compensator adjustment with ball valve at outlet closed turn in to increase pressure

  3. Pump relief valve. Relief adjustment must be set higher than Pump compensator Pump outlet check prevent back flow from other pumps. Relief to tank hose Pump case drain Pump volume control turn in to decrease flow. Pump is factory set for full displacement Pump suction line. If pump is replaced change o-ring between flange and pump housing

  4. Water out Water in Gasketed clean out cover Water control valve adjust here for desired oil temperature Site level gage. Fluid level should remain in upper 2/3rds of gage Temperature sensor for water control valve

  5. Circulation line to relief check valves Circulation pump outlet to cooler Water to oil heat exchanger Circulation oil from cooler to filter and tank Back to back 65 psi check valves give 150 psi relief function Circulation pump electric motor

  6. When element dirty remove 4 bolts and remove cover , then internal spring, then pull out and replace element. Return filter gage. Color indicator/ When in yellow or red replace element. Only read for gage reading while machine is cycling Return oil connection from system

  7. Case drain return ports Filler breather cap Reservoir drain Low level temperature switch Clean out covers with drain
