  1. Measuring Instruments Measuring instruments for all type of industrial uses. Various brands and various measuring products. Gives an accurate measurement results.Helpful to gather, analyse or optimize the results easily using these measuring instruments. It gives a better quality assurance for greater results and long life. Used for obtaining and comparing physical quantities of objects and events. Available with different controlling technologies and longer durability.we offer all kinds of angles , blocks, bore gauges, centers, etc with genuine brands. Dial Indicators Dial indicators with a large-diameter dial facefor easy reading. • Models with longer measuring ranges are also available. • All types are supplied with limit markers and a bezel clamp as standard. • Both the stem and the spindle are made of high-strength quench-hardened stainless steel… Dial Indicators are known for their precision, sensitivity, durability and ease of operation. These dial indicators use the latest technology and allow the user the convenience of assuring and maintaining accuracy. These dial indicators carry the imprint of global standards in precision indicators. These companies are using Noga Holders to hold their dial indicators.

  2. Dial Indicators are one of the best measuring instruments available in the market. Each and every machinist who is passionate about perfection should invest in a good and durable dial indicator. Flexibility, easy and accurate readability are the main advantages of using the dial indicator. These precision instruments are tested to provide the maximum level of quality and highest point of accuracy available. They enable you to conduct measurements even at inaccessible points. However they have been proven to be greatly useful in gauging the flatness, parallelism or concentrity. Features: Dial Indicators The speed, adaptability, and positive visibility of dial indicator gauges. Available Coolant proof Dial Indicators. All anvils laser marked for easy selection Gauge chart for quick and easy anvil selection. Includes sturdy aluminum case with cutouts for gauge and all accessories Ergonomic design with non-slip insulating grip Carbide contacts for extended wear. Depth Gauge: Depth Gauges is an instrument for measuring the depth of openings, grooves, recesses, and so on. The depth gauge uses as its base the surface from which the measurement is to be made. According to the type of reading device, depth gauges are classified as height-and-depth gauges, Height-and-depth gauges with flat measuring rods have become widespread. Measuring the thickness of a groove or rods in the form of cylinders 2 mm in diameter for measuring depths in hard-to-reach places. On height- and-depth gauges the dimension is marked off directly on a scaled ruler; micrometric and indicator depth gauges have replaceable measuring rods whose indications are read from a micrometer.

  3. Digital depth gauges commonly also include a timer showing the interval of time that the diver has been submerged. Vernier depth gauge to the object or hole to be measured by placing the instrument’s head at the bottom surface of the object. Make sure the gauge itself is standing or aligned parallel to the distance to be measured. Vernier gauge is a useful measurement device equipped with two scales, one fixed and one that slides. It can measure extremely precise distances, in some cases to .02 mm. Anyone doing construction or remodeling work and in need of accurate measurements of the depth of a slot, hole or recess will find a Vernier depth gauge extremely handy. Features: High wear resistance due to carbide-tipped stationary and moving anvils Extra wide bridge ensures automatic centering in the bore. Self- centralising feature of this bore gauge ensures that the measurement can be done with minimum of skill. Furnished in a sleek wooden case containing measurement anvils and extension rods with necessary tools. All anvils laser marked for easy selection Gage chart for quick and easy anvil selection Includes sturdy aluminium case with cutouts for gage and all accessories Ergonomic design with non-slip insulating grip Carbide contacts for extended wear . Screw Gauge: Screw Gauge with stainless steel spindle and ratchet top brass body with satin chrome finish.Brass, semi-circular body with stainless-steel screw that remains entirely unexposed and moved smoothly. screw pitch gauge also known as a micrometer is a precision instrument. It is used for measuring diameter of circular objects mostly wires, with an accuracy of 0.001cm. It consists of a hollow cylinder mounted on a U frame. The hollow cylinder leads to a ratchet which is meant for fine adjustment. The U frame consists of a flat end known as stud and a screw on the other side. This screw can be moved inside the nut by fitted in the U frame by rotating the hollow cylinder called the thimble. This is called the main scale. The hollow cylinder or the thimble is graduated into 50 or 100 equal parts. This is called the circular scale.

  4. Screw gauge or micrometer screw gauge is a measuring instrument used for precision measurement. A measuring device used extensively in the mechanical engineering field, micrometer screw gauge is used for measuring extremely small dimensions. A screw gauge can even measure dimensions smaller than those measured by a Vernier Caliper. Belonging to the family of calipers, micrometer screw gauges also consists of two different scales. Features: Screw gauge in extensively used in the engineering field for obtaining precision measurements It Can measure very small objects with much precision and accuracy. Bore Gauge: Bore gauge is a convenient term for the measuring or transfer tools that are used in the process of accurately measuring holes. It is very extensive, with products available for a broad range of applications. Some are available with interchangeable measuring heads for different diameters or extensions for depth. They can have electronic displays micrometer-type vernier scales or a dial indicator. Dial Bore gauge is a special tool, which is used to accurately measure the inside diameter of a hole, cylinder or pipe. In conjunction with a micrometer, a bore gauge will give you the exact reading of a bore size. A typical bore gauge is comprised of a shaft with a dial indicator at the top and a measuring sled at the base. The measuring sled consists of three guides and an actuating plunger. Dial

  5. bore gauges give you quick and accurate readings on the size, less than perfect roundness or wear. Bore gauges are the 1st choice for fast measuring / gauging of hole diameters. The benefit of a bore gauge over a 3 point internal micrometer is that is offers a faster and more cost effective way of measuring or gauging hole diameters as one tool can be used for a wider range of diameters. The downside to bore gauging compared to micrometers is that it is not as accurate as it is often only measuring over 2 points. Features: Small bores from 10mm to 18mm. Highly versatile 18-50mm bore gauge covers a large range for which one needs to generally purchase 2 bore gauges having ranges Ø 18-35mm and Ø 35-60mm. The third bore gauge covering a range of 50-150 mm, is widely used in Automobile, Aircraft, Engine and Pump manufacturers. High wear resistance due to carbide-tipped stationary and moving anvils Extra wide bridge ensures automatic centering in the bore. Self- centralising feature of this bore gauge ensures that the measurement can be done with minimum of skill. Furnished in a sleek wooden case containing measurement anvils and extension rods with necessary tools.
