  2. Meeting Schedule City Council meets the 1st & 3rd Mondays at 7:00pm. Planning Commission meets the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays (as needed) at 7:00pm. Meetings are open to the Public – All are invited to attend.

  4. Spring Clean Up! April 27th through May 8th Clean up is for soft vegetation and leaves only. Please rake to the curb and crews will make rounds for pick up.

  5. Farmers Market Applications are now being accepted. Applications are available at City Hall. The Market begins July 4th and goes through October 3rd. Hours for the Market are Saturdays from 8amto 1pm. The Market is located in the street on South 3rd Street.

Historical West Branch Centennial Book The Historical West Branch Centennial book is now available at the museum (South 5th Street) You may pick-up books from 10am to 2pm on Thursdays and Fridays.   The price is $30.00.  Please make check to: OCGHS (Ogemaw County Geneological & Historical Society) and mail to OCGHS, PO Box 734, West Branch, MI 48661.

  23. Handgun Safety Class KCC will again be offering a handgun safety class that fulfills the training requirements of Michigan’s concealed pistol law. Class will meet Friday, April 17, from 6 to 10pm and Saturday, April 18, from 10am to 6pm. Participants must attend all sessions. $125 per person, which includes all training materials.
