  8. Understanding Faithfulness Faithfulness is a mutual relationship between God and those who respond to God’s blessing through discipleship.

  12. QUESTIONS: 1. When have you felt God’s loving assurance of your worthiness and giftedness? 2. How have you responded (or not responded) to God’s assurance, through your discipleship? 3. When have you felt lost or abandoned? How did that affect your discipleship?

Consider impulsive baptism and its enthusiasm with baptism after a period of training, reflection, and preparation. How do they compare? What differences are important?
