  1. Important Facts about Pneumatic Conveying System Pneumatic conveying system is the fundamental framework of a bulk material handling system. Whether it’s for a simple system or for achieving incredible execution with troublesome materials, our inside and out information and extensive understanding of the complex behaviour of bulk materials have earned us our customers’ trust. Neoplast is the leading manufacturer of pneumatic conveying systems for the solid, powder, and granular industries. Pneumatic conveying systems are less capital-intensive and less expensive to operate and maintain than other mechanical conveying systems because they are more energy efficient, fully enclosed, can be easily reconfigured, and have greater control. Air pressure changes where these layers meet create wind currents in the troposphere known as jet streams while they are anchored by mountains higher than 3,000 m. These winds move westward around large bodies of high-pressure air such as those over oceans causing global “trade winds” north and south of the equator.

  2. When the product reaches the end of the pipeline, a pneumatic conveyer system will route it onto a shoot table where it is then directed on to a bin or other destination. These systems operate using a series of pumps and blowers to maintain pressure. You can hold a substance in your hand and see that it is in part made up of empty space. However, some substances are made up almost entirely of empty space. But even hard, compact rocks can be porous to air and liquids because their atoms are so securely packed together. The fabric-like medium in which all material exists is known as the atmosphere; it is comprised of two layers: the troposphere, which extends from earth’s surface to an altitude of about 1,000 meters.
