  4. GENERAL INFORMATION • Kernodle conducts closed cheerleading practices and tryouts. • Parents are asked to remain in the Commons Area during practice and tryouts. Video cameras are prohibited. • The tryout results will be posted at 3:45 on Friday, May 9th. Results will be posted by number NOT names.

  5. INFORMATION NEEDED • Cheerleading packets are due by Tuesday / April 15th. • Signed permission slip • Completed sports physical form • Copy of last report card • Two teacher recommendations • Plan “B” Form

  6. TIMELINE • April 15, 2003 Application Deadline • May 5th - 8th Tryouts in gym(3:45-5:30) • May 9, 2003 Results Posted

  7. APPROPRIATE ATTIRE • T-SHIRTS • SHORTS • SOCKS • ATHLETIC SHOES • NO JEWELRY
