It is a measure of your Emotional Intelligence or Maturity, something that has a great impact on our lives than an IQ can possibly have. In fact, it is what helps us make the most of our knowledge, skills, and talents, which makes it more important than having a great IQ.

They have the strength to carry on even during the toughest times of their lives. An emotionally mature person always prefers to see the positive in every situation, no matter how bad things may seem. Perhaps the best thing about emotional maturity is that even though you are not born with it, you can learn how to develop emotional maturity through various ways including introspection and by working on your self-awareness.
