  5. VOCABULARY I’m so sorry for hurting you • To apologize [v]: to say that you are sorry for doing something wrong. Ex: I apologize for being late for meeting.

  7. VOCABULARY • Abruptly [adv]: = suddenly and unexpectedly. Discourtesy [n]: impolite behavior Ex: he expressed his sorrow at the news of her death.
