  28. CEDRO Project What is it? • A project known as the Academy Development Centre on Drug Dependency belonging to the Havana Medical Sciences University. Main objective • To develop and organize scientific activities related to drug dependency prevention. Main activities • Three fundamental social roles: research, teaching and prevention in and from the academy on drug dependency issues.
