  2. Our Approach Tailor It Customize Processes and Tools Client Knowledge: Our team developed standardized IT processes and leveraged and customized the tool to support these processes. Government Restrictions: The Government must follow rigid milestones and process requirements related to acquisition that were integrated with an Agile delivery process. IBM Partnership: Our Alliance Partnership helped build our team’s tool expertise, allowing us to customize the tool using industry best practices. Deloitte’s Differentiator Deloitte’s deep knowledge of both the clients and the tools allows us to translate processes into usable tool operations. We bridge the gap between standardizing processes and tool enablement.

  3. Our Approach Sell It Socialize Top Down & Bottom Up Leadership Support: By identifying the decision makers and obtaining their support, our team was able to accelerate the user adoption rate. Grassroots Participation: We socialized the proposed tool design to stakeholders by conducting demos of functionality tailored to customer needs. Iterative Customization: The socialization from the “two-pronged” approach allowed us to iteratively refine our customizations, increasing adoption and stakeholder buy-in. Deloitte’s Differentiator Our Alliance Partnership with IBM allowed us to establish an internal sandbox to test our solution and demo capabilities. Our “Road-Show” iterative demos to the stakeholders drove buy-in and adoption rates.

  4. Our Approach Teach It Create a 360° Training Plan Practical Experience: Internally, we use Agile and Scrum to set an example for our clients. Our first-hand experiences allowed us to understand the tool’s strengths and limitations. Team Onboarding: For every team that we onboarded, we tailored an onboarding plan that will support their team’s specific day-to-day responsibilities. Continuous Support: We developed user guides for each tool and established a tool suite help desk to resolve issues and to answer questions. Deloitte’s Differentiator Deloitte’s EVD for Agile accelerated the development of materials to drive user adoption. The method provided template materials as a baseline for our training materials.
