2 010. Nomination Upload Tutorial. Uploading ROH Nominations. The objective of this tutorial is to enable you to upload the information from the Ring of Honor Nominations into the template provided on the ROH Web Site .

  2. Uploading ROH Nominations The objective of this tutorial is to enable you to upload the information from the Ring of Honor Nominations into the templateprovided on the ROH Web Site. Your role is to review the nomination form for completeness and accuracy, then upload the information into the Ring of Honor Website. You should have received an English “soft copy” of the winner nomination from the manager or their administrative assistant that mirrors the format on the Ring of Honor web site. If the winner liaison has followed the directions provided for filling in the winner nomination, your job should be to “cut and paste” the information from the soft copy to the actual nomination on the web site. Here is a step by step process to help clarify how to upload the 2014 Ring of Honor winners from your Sector. When all of the information is correct it will take you approximately 15 minutes to upload each nomination into the Ring of Honor website.

Navigating the ROH Web Site • Launch the Ring of Honor Web Site • https://www.pepsicoroh.com/roh2014/default.html • At this page you have access to a page that is available to the public (anyone can access this page) It provides general information about the event. • To access the balance of the web site requires a user name and password. We provide that information to Division Representatives.

  4. Navigating the ROH Web Site • At this page scroll over “Division Representative” and click “Login” • At this screen, fill in the user name and password that you have been provided (Division Representatives)

  5. Navigating the ROH Web Site • At this page, scroll over “Division Representatives & click “Upload Nominations” to begin inputting winner information • At this page the allocation #s are provided by Sector and some divisions

Uploading Nominations • A BLANK nomination form is now available to complete • “Cut and Paste” the information from the nomination (soft copy) into this format • “Watchouts” • The nominating managers have reminded to ensure all of the information is accurate: • Winner Information • Winner Name • Title • Also, please do not use acronyms in this nomination form. All titles should be completely spelled out. Ie. TDM = Territory Development Manager RSR – Route Sales Representative, NASM – National Account Sales Manager • Business addresses including postal code. • Liaison Information (typically the winner manager) • Name, phone number and email address • Ensure all mailing addresses have a postal code if used in your city/country • Do not use ALL CAPS when filling out the nomination forms. Errors in this information will delay winner processing! If you discover issues with any of the information, please contact the Winner Liaison and clarify the information provided

  8. Uploading Nominations • When you have completed the form click the “submit” button to upload the nomination.

  9. Uploading Nominations • Check the list of uploaded winners to ensure that the file has been uploaded. When your nomination has been successfully uploaded it should now appear in this list. ( you may need to refresh your browser) You will only be able to upload the number of nominations allocated to your Sector, Region or Division. Congratulations! You have completed 1 nomination upload!

This will allow the ROH headquarter team to review the nomination uploads and address any potential issues prior to the upload deadline
