  2. A fantastic 19th century château with over 61 hectares of land, orchard, woodland & meadows. A gated long driveway leads to parking in front of the château. Forming a small hamlet on the edge of its huge lake, this property comprises an historic 19th century château with eight bedrooms & five bathrooms, perigordian tower, exposed beams throughout, oil fired central heating, its own water supply and a new fosse. Angouleme is 62 km away, with its direct TGV rail links to the UK (via Lille) & Paris. Limoges airport just over half an hour (42 km) away, Poitiers, Bordeaux & Bergerac airports are all within easy traveling distance.
