Broadwell Family Board Interface Design: Diagrams and Specifications

This project focuses on designing interfaces for Broadwell family boards. The design must interface 2000 pins to the family board and also to the backplane. It should interface 2000 pads for ESD injection. Additionally, it may include an ITP for use with different test fixtures. Diagrams illustrating the connections to the backplane with specifics on the number of pins and pads are crucial. This includes a 500-pin socket, a 60-pin XDP, and a 3.3V level shifter.
