Please reference the issues and solutions below. • Issues • Monthly spend data is not being fully captured • 80% of Atizapan spend is not captured (Payables systems not in BPCS) • ECM Wire transfers and Letters of Credit are not captured in monthly feeds • ATX & Cambridge feeds • MIS Recommended Solutions • Tie spend information to GL post date vs. Invoice data (Current Method) • Will implement immediately • Use receipt information and PO price for Atizapan in BPCS to extract spend • Will remove 20% of spend captured in Rosemont Payables system • Will implement immediately • Finance will implement immediately • Procurement and MIS must set future date to resolve
