  4. Brain Break • Follow these instructions: • Stretch both hands in the air • Cross them at your wrists and link hands • Stretch to the right, stretch to the left • Cross your right ankle over your left knee • Push down on your right knee feeling a stretch. Repeat with other leg. • Yell “YES!”
