  5. Well Done Well done to all P7’s as they were commended on their behaviour whilst travelling on the boat back from their busy week in Lagganlia! A fellow traveller posted on Facebook the following message: “ Last Friday, the 9th, I was aboard the final sailing of the Hamnavoe from Scrabster to Stromness. Much of the passenger manifest was made up of pupils and staff from Papdale School. I must compliment the pupils on their exemplary behaviour….they are a tribute to both their families, and indeed the school staff, and make shining stars in the future of this uncertain world….congratulations!”

  6. St Magnus Festival P3/4S took part in the parade for the St Magnus Festival. They had to walk from the Guide Hall to the Pier Head. The children had made flags which they carried, along with their “wishes” that they presented to the giant St Magnus puppet.

  7. Well Done Well done to Mark, Tamsin, Stella and Finlay as they travelled to Hoy last weekend to take part in a 5k! Well done everyone!

  8. Well Done Well done to Sarah and Lexa, with the help of Markus, as they decided to write letters to their neighbours on their street, asking them to stop throwing rubbish. They collected a carrier bag full of rubbish to help tidy up their street too. Well done girls!

  9. Well Done Well done to Shannon and Sophie for completing their Modern Dance exam last week. They both had to complete a few different exercises and dances.

  10. Well Done Well done to Raegan and Zara as they travelled to Inverness at the weekend to compete in an Athletics Competition. Raegan was entered for Javelin, and Zara for High Jump, jumping an impressive 1.30 metres!

  11. Buddy Award Well done to Jenny as she’s been nominated for a Buddy Award. This is due to volunteering to help on the Early Bird Bar.
