Review Process for Partners After Two-Year Recruitment Cessation

This document outlines the review process for academic partners that have not recruited for a period of two years. Upon determination that the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) or Collaborative Partnership Agreement (CPA) is inactive, a comprehensive review must be conducted before any further recruitment can occur. The Centre Leader will inform relevant parties, and concerns will be assessed by Academic Services in coordination with the Academic Development Committee (ADC). Recommendations will be made based on the review, ensuring partners meet requirements for academic collaboration.

Yes No ADC authorises site visit ADC refers issues to a Partner Review Panel for risk assessment or recommends termination of subject area/partner Report produced using AQH-I1-13 ADC makes recommendation to DVC Academic Faculty work with P&F to produce revised business plan to be considered by DVC Resources QMSC follows up any longer term recommendations
