    2. The OIIO project is based on the principles of the Internet-Exam in the Sphere of Professional Education, developed under the guidance of Prof. Vladimir Navodnov

    3. Over 350 HEIs from 18 countries (Russia, China, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Rumania, Poland, and others) participated in the Internet Olympiads in 2010

    4. to provide an opportunity for a wide-scale assessment of student learning outcomes to provide information for institutions about the effectiveness of teaching and learners support to serve as a benchmarking tool for comparative research in the national and global contexts

    12. Four languages - Russian, English, Chinese and Hebrew - were used as working languages of the Open International Internet Olympiads-2010
