  5. Leave Slip • Completing Leave Form • Critical for Substitute payment Complete/detailed date and time providing coverage. • Pay cycle -11th – 10th • Pay day – 25th unless weekend or holiday

  6. Workman’s Compensation • On the Job Injury • Report injury immediately to Office Manager • Complete an 801 form to document injury • Do not sign unless you receive medical care for the injury

  7. Staff Dress and Grooming • Standard professional dress • Age appropriate • Examples of inappropriate……

  8. ID Badges (WESD) • Must be worn at all times on District Property • Be sure to keep the ESD updated with your latest information in order to remain active in the system and to avoid additional charges and or loss of income due to inactive status.

  9. CELL Phone Use • Refrain from using cell phones, including texting, while working. • Turn them off • Check messages at breaks/lunch
