Transforming Eating Habits Through Journaling: A Reflective Journey

In a journey towards healthier eating, I began a food journal to track my habits and identify areas for improvement. The first week was both challenging and enlightening; I struggled with daily journaling, yet it revealed significant insights into my eating patterns. I noticed an imbalance between my calorie intake and exercise. My change statement emerged from recognizing these habits, focusing on moderation and mindful eating. Over the following weeks, I faced difficulties and external barriers, but family support proved invaluable. Ultimately, this three-week self-reflection led to meaningful change and self-discovery.
