  5. Steps of making pastry Sieve the flour , cut the fat into small cubes. 2. Rub the fat into the flour with finger tips , until like fine breadcrumbs. 3. Add the liquid , mix to a dough. 4. Flour the table , roll the dough into 2-3 mm thick. 5. Use as desire.

  6. Personal details and feedback After household management , I am feeling very happy because I have learn many things about pastry . And I was made many pastry , such asShort crust pastry , Puff pastry , Rough puff pastry and Choux pastry , it is very interesting and simple ! The process of making pastry was very simple and funny . First sieve the flour , cut the fat into small cubes. Then rub the fat into the flour with finger tips , until like fine breadcrumbs. Afterwards add the liquid , mix to a dough. After that flour the table , roll the dough into 2-3 mm thick. In the end use as desire. It is very tasty ! I had learn many things about pastry . So I like the household management .
