  1. To Whom It May Concern. 26.Aug.2009 PROPOSAL FOR COLLABORATION We are a construction company which is located in Istanbul. Our Company has branches in Russia ,Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia . We have been in construction market for twenty years. During the last year, we have been searching about construction projects in Libya .Our intension is to establish our company in Libya and to realize high quality and enduring jobs in terms of engineering and manufacturing. Our greatest wish is to be long lasting and successful in our jobs. We would like to mention that we, as Barka Company, have the technical knowledge, capacity and financial resources to accomplish our targets. Within the last year the representatives and partners of our company have made visits to Libya almost every month to make market research and contacts and they have collected data about the Libya market. As a result of these visits and researches, we have concluded in the idea of having a permanent position in associate and brother country like Libya Therefore, our greatest wish is to be guided and helped by respectable and considerable people like you.
