  2. Work on the list of meetings for 2014 and the membership development involvement. List from the web site and the conference list is:PET/SPECT, May 19-21.   3. Getting Stuff There…. Peter:Contact Chair for person responsible and ask the shipping address, expected attendance (number of registration kits to be prepared) Generate and send to IEEE and Sal the shipping request to IEEE using formMake membership forms specific to recruiting campaign and also PowerPoint slides for breaks and send these from Vista

  4. Getting People There Sal and others:Recruit people to be at the conference on IEEE/NPSS expenses solely to set up, man and ship back the booth. Literature and holders left over is not shipped back but if one or more homes for them can be found.... This can be done by attendees if available and willing. Then expenses are not generally paid. Seek out other recruiting opportunities and with NPSS President's approval proceed with membership promotion. Seek out other opportunities as well.

  5. All:Consider new membership sign-up system based on electronic entry and transmission to IEEE. Purchase necessary computers to be shipped out and returned with the booth. Issue: IEEE IT is swamped with job orders - if we want something done soon, it needs to not rely on IEEE. Automation?
