  13. 2.4 Memo Function & E-mail transfer (1/4) You can take two types memo during conversation. These memo are linked to log data automatically. You can send them by E-mail, by Email Address, Extension Number or Phone Book. Voice Memo Call Log Text Memo E-mail Transfer Note: PC have to be connected to Internet by modem or through LAN.

Text Memo: * BOSS is left from his desk and set absent message. * You receive a call to BOSS. * You take a Text Memo and leave Call Waiting Message to BOSS. (TEXT memo is linked to Call Log automatically.) * BOSS returns and calls you. * The TEXT Memo is popped up automatically for notice.

You leave message and can write a text memo at the same time. When a customer call you back, a text memo will be shown synchronously.   18. 2.6 Record Conversation Indicate the recording status (Push to start the recording by manual) Indicate the non-recording status Option for selecting Automatic or Manual If you choose Automatic, your conversation will be recorded on HDD by WAV form automatically.

  19. Message correspondence and transfer by DDI/CLIP 2.7 Intelligent TAM(1/2) PC Phone can change a response message by each DDI/CLIP. Recorded message is transferred to your cellular phone or is sent by Email as attached file. You can register max 10 responses, and you can share to each DDI/CLIP number.   26. 3.2 Operator Code, Language Assistance and Local Alarm Operator Code: PC Console requires to enter Operator Code at Start-up. PC console saves individual information due to each operator. Their setting with screen layout are controlled by Operator Code automatically. Language Assistance: PC Console has five kinds of language library data as default. ( English, Spanish, French, German and Italian ) Due to each operator setting, it is selected by Operator Code automatically. Local Alarm to E-mail: When some problem occurs in the system, PC Console receives alarm information from system and also sends it to specified E-mail address. Note: Most of features in PC Phone are supported by PC Console. So, their explanations are omitted.

  32. 3.3 Main Screen of PC-Console Tool Bar Current Call Display Area Current Call Status Icon Incoming Call Screen When an Operator enters the PC Console, this screen appears. This screen is main (default) screen, current operation of operator is displayed. Each screen and respective setting are called from this main screen.
