POINTS TO BE DISCUSSED … Any Bar Chart or other method adopted for progress monitoring Any problem they faced during the planning & solution of it Any problem they faced during the execution & solution of it Development length, anchorage, splicing of bar proper or not Construction joint, member joint and separation joint Any special care or treatment adopted on site Any innovative idea implemented for increasing strength or decreasing cost or time

Floor area FSI, carpet area and built up area calculation Land rate at the time purchase of land and at the time of project completion Safety of labour and engineers on site High tech. equipments used for the project execution Design and execution quality check / monitoring authority while showing deficiency)

  5. POINTS TO BE DISCUSSED … Take photographs as many as possible with permission Do not misuse the data of project site (do not mention project name while showing deficiency) Prepare site visit report with all mentioned details.
