  3. IRT’s Rad HARD TESTS FACILITIES • POWER – 5 MW; • NUTRONS FLUX – 107 – 3x109 n/cm2s; • MAX NUTRONS ENERGY – 1-2 MeV; • TESTS TEMPERATURE – 30-500 C; • γ – RADIATION - 102 – 2x103 rad/s; • PURE γ – RADIATION – 1 rad/s • VERTICAL TUBE CHANNALS: d=5 and 15 cm.

MEPHI’s Accelerating CenterLinear Electron Accelerator U-28 • The main parameters of electron linear accelerator U-28: • Particle energy- 2-12 MeV. • Max.beam current – 300μA. • Energy spectrum width~30 %. • Accelerating sections – 2. • Accelerating field wave length – 10 sm. • Dose rate (at I~1011e/cm2.s) – 3x103rad/s. • Dose rate at γ-conversion (1m) – 10 rad/s.

  5. Linear Electron Accelerator U-17 • The main parameters of electron linear accelerator U-17: • Particle energy-5-30MeV • Max.beam current – 300μA. • Energy spectrum width - 3-20 %. • Number of accelerating sections – 1. • Accelerating field wave length – 10 sm.

  6. Ion Accelerator with Single-Gap Cavities • The main parameters of the single-gap cavities ion accelerator. • Particle energy – 300keV • Maximumbeamcurrent (pulse) – 150mA. • Energy spectrum – 15%. • Pulse length – 0.1 ms • Repetition rate – 1 Hz

  7. TOTAL FASILITIES for FEE Rad Hard Tests • Reasonable total γ – radiation doze –10Mrad (E~ 1MeV); • Max. neutrons flux –3x109 n/cm2s (E ~ 1,5MeV); • Max. electrons flux~1011e/cm2s (E ~ 10MeV); • Ionsparticle energy –300keV (B, O, N ….)
