  7. PROPUESTA ESEs 1. Definición de políticas públicas para prestación de servicios: • Herramienta ESEs • Recursos de oferta para servicios no viables en condiciones de eficiencia. • Permitir modificaciones a convenios de desempeño. 2. Necesidad de un estatuto legal para las ESEs.

  8. ESTATUTO ESEs • Conformación y operación de las Juntas directivas. * Eliminar conflicto de intereses. • Régimen salarial claro, que garantice un buen desempeño de trabajadores y empleados.

Limitación de informes solo al 2193 6.Exigencia solo del Sistema Obligatorio de Garantía de la Calidad(no MECI ni Norma Técnica de Calidad en la Gestión Publica 1000)
