This guide outlines the rules regarding telephone calls to prospective student-athletes (PSAs) during their official visits, as per NCAA bylaw 13.1.3.3.1. Coaching staff can make unlimited calls to PSAs in the five days leading up to the visit. Staff may also contact PSAs or their companions during the visit. However, once the visit is over, only coaching staff may call under standard restrictions. Additional calls may be made if part of the week allows for unlimited calling, but contacting parents not accompanying the PSA is not permitted.
