Success StoryINNG CIVILIAN EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM“We develop relationships that develop careers.” Dear Staff, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for being provided the opportunity for employment with the Indiana Joint Forces Headquarters. Being provided this opportunity has saved my Family from extreme hardship. Being a single mother, I had exhausted all of my savings while actively searching for employment. (Also, an error occurred in my Unemployment Compensation that resulted in a delay in benefits. To date I have not received benefits.) Having Secondary Adrenal Insufficiency (SAI) only further complicated matters. SAI is a relatively rare condition that, among other things, affects the way the body responds to periods of severe stress, illness, and trauma, and can be life-threatening. Needless to say, being on the verge of losing everything I hold dear was causing extreme stress and was, quite literally, making me sick. Therefore, I am not being melodramatic when I say that being given this opportunity has been a "real life-saver,” for which I am eternally grateful! I look forward to starting my position and, once again, I'd like to thank you for the great opportunity. Sincerely, Eden Welty
