Differentially Expressed Transcripts in Cotton Under Drought Stress During Fiber Development Stages

This study investigates the effects of drought stress on transcript expression during different stages of fiber development in cotton. Supplementary Figure 2 illustrates the up-regulated and down-regulated transcripts, highlighting their significant changes at 0, 5, 10, and 20 days post-anthesis (dpa). The functional classification of differentially expressed transcripts sheds light on the biological processes affected under drought conditions, providing insights for enhancing cotton resilience in challenging environments.
