DEFINIZIONE. Complicanza iatrogena della stimolazione ovarica controllata (COH). Caratterizzata da aumento di volume delle ovaie, accumulo di fluidi extravascolari (versamento ascitico e/o pleurico), emoconcentrazione ed ipercoagulabilit.Si verifica nella fase luteale o nei primi giorni di gravid
