  3. How many pages read in a book in a hour. • This is a linear relationship because, the number of pages read increases as the time goes on.

  4. How many notes can be played on an instrument inone minute. • This is a linear relationship because, if your constantlyplaying then the number of notes is increasing with the time.

  5. How many foul shots can be made in five minutes. • This is a linearrelationship because, as time goes on more shots will be made.
