Ingredients • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder • 2 teaspoons coarse salt • 1 1/4 cups (2 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, • 1 1/2 cups packed light-brown sugar • 1 cup granulated sugar • 2 large eggs • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract • 1 1/4 cups milk chocolate chips • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped • MAKES 48 COOKIES 2.
