  2. 2011 Traffic Count Program • Annual program • Collect data on county and city roads • Data used to assess roadway conditions and level of service • Consultant selection came from TPO’s Master Agreements • AECOM Technical Services, Inc. was selected • Cost not to exceed $40,000 for 412 count station locations

  3. Action • TPO staff recommends the Board approve the Consultant Services Authorization with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. for the 2011 TPO Traffic Count Program.
