How an idea became a project • We talked with Organizational elders • We got opinions of many Youth and Sevadal • We also approached and prayed to Bhagawan for guidance • Idea got crystallized over time • Many brainstorming meetings were held • Pilot presentations & role playing was done to uncover basic problems • Brochures, booklets, pamphlets were prepared • In English and Telugu • Feedback was taken and open items were addressed • Ultimately, due to encouragement of all, confidence was gained

  13. Focusing on the child • Medical checkups / follow-up for children • “Deworming” schedule for all children • Educating community on personal Health and Hygiene • Preventive care for contagious diseases • Teach children some good habits

Winning the child’s heart • Same team of people repeatedly interacting with the child over a period of time creates good rapport • Focus on attracting the child • By entertaining & interactive sessions • By story telling: Child devotee stories • By rewarding and recognizing positive behavior • Prizes: Toys, chocolates, stationery, • Healthy competitions • Singing & teaching devotional and patriotic songs • Encouraging their talents • Games • Use audio visuals • Installing play equipment • Distribution of minor indoor play items • How to take exams
