L’infusione intradigiunale continua con levodopa/carbidopa: fase Test Per valutare la risposta clinica e per aggiustare la dose, solitamente viene utilizzato un sondino nasoduodenale per circa tre giorni. Al termine di questo periodo, il medico decide se proseguire con il trattamento permanente

  6. PEG/PEJ: trattamento permanente Se si decide che il paziente continuerà il trattamento con infusione intradigiunale continua con levodopa/carbidopa, si posiziona un tubo nello stomaco tramite gastrostomia endoscopica percutanea (PEG). Il sondino intestinale viene inserito nella PEG e sospinto oltre il piloro nell’intestino tenue.
