Understanding the Basics of Resource Acquisition • FORM - (Foundation of Resource Management) • The most essential element to remember in grantwriting / resource acquisition and program sustainability is diversification of funding streams! • It is best to not have all your eggs in one basket especially if the program or agency is completely grant driven • The type of funding source will dictate the type of proposal or approach you take to securing funding
