  3. LUB Solution Current Status • What do we HAVE • Function Specification Version 2 • Residential and CIS Web Portal Prototypes • Initial Project Development Estimates from OFS • What do we NEED • Sales/Market Validations • Product Strategy and Support

  4. LUB Project Plan • Three Development Options • OFS (Outsourcing), received quote • Jade (Outsourcing), meeting on May 6th • Ista (Internal development) based on OutSystemsPaaS

  5. LUB Development Time Estimates (OFS) • Notes • QA/QC are not included, the final deliverables only include Unit Level Tests • PM/SM Efforts are not included, 6(1), 8(2), 10(2) Dev model will be used • Actual Project Time is much longer than the pure estimated man hours • No or minimal DB changes or redesign • Still have some pending modules: MDM, Task management • The current estimates could be off as Function Spec. still needs to be finalized to close all gaps

  6. LUB Project Planning (OFS: Case Study) • Consider Hybrid Module with 3600 man hours • Total of 14 Sprints (2 weeks, 10 days per sprint, 7 hours per day) • Some Sprints (7) are in parallel • Ramp up, planning take 1 month • Development Time: 4+ months • If starts on May1st, the expected ending time is September 5th • Buffer/Margin/Holidays are not considered

  7. Current Houston Commitments • TRE Load Forecasting App for MISO Market • Production Code deployed on May 1st (On time) • Executing the Transition Plan (documentation, new requirements, team training) • Houston Visit (Week of May 19th ) • “Call Log” Business Intelligence Analysis • Ruediger project for Hudson Energy • Coding 80% done
