Innovative Multilingual Communication Solutions for the Olympic Games

Our projects focus on enhancing communication for foreign visitors during the Olympic Games through a combination of advanced technologies. Collaborations with esteemed institutions like Tsinghua University have led to the development of multilingual dictionaries, OCR capabilities, and intelligent mobile applications. Solutions include LingTour, a comprehensive service offering city maps, translation assistance, and automated translation for travelers. We leverage voice-over IP technology and cutting-edge interfaces to deliver real-time information and facilitate seamless interactions for international event attendees.

LingTour → LingTransLinguistic and communication aids to facilitate the transportation of foreign visitors Services: • City maps and databases • Multilingual communication support, including Chinese OCR and translation • Tourism and commerce (hotels and restaurants, sightseeing, conference centers, offices, …) • Telephone over IP (wireless) Technology: • Zoomable multimodal interface (gesture and voice, intelligent camera, cultural agents)
