Summary of Support-Related Events and ALARM Tickets from Last 5 Weeks

Over the past five weeks, there have been two real ALARM tickets submitted to GGUS, both related to CERN databases, verified for action. The tickets were submitted by ALICE and CMS. Additionally, the GGUS monthly release was conducted on January 25, 2012, during which 18 test ALARMs were issued and analyzed in Savannah. Key issues included GGUS tickets regarding the ALICE proxy initialization hanging and CMS's inability to connect to the CMSR database from remote PhEDEx agents.
