  2. Animals in The Jungle • There is an immense amount of life in all the jungles in the world today. We have birds, reptiles, mammals, fish and all varieties of life here on planet Earth. Today we are going to learn about them. • Do You Remember all of the different kinds of animals in the Lion King?

  3. The Lion • Mufasa, Simba, Nala and all of the other lions are made up of a Pride of Lions. • Lions are know as the King of the Beasts or the King of the Jungle one reason they are called that is because of their large mane around their necks. • Lets learn more about Lions! • Lion Fun!

  4. Meercat • Timon is a Meercat. • Timon is also a carnivore. • Timon lives in burrows made of sandy soil and often will share its burrow with Squirrels • More information about Timon and his Meercat family • Meercat Manor Maze Game

  5. Warthog • Pumbaa is, you guessed it a big ole Warthog. • Warthogs look like pigs but they have tusks and are faster than most pigs. • Pumbaa is nice and loving in the Lion King and a family of Warthogs are the same way but when male Warthogs fight it can get very ugly • Warthogs • Pumbaa Game

  6. Hornbill Bird • Zazu was Mufasa’s most trusted advisor and becomes Simba’s as well. • The Hornbill Bird looks different than Zazu in the movie, but is a very interesting bird. Lets see what we can learn • Zazu! • Zazu’s Kazoos
