  3. Task: Your Squad Receives a mission to knock out an enemy Bunker Condition: Given a squad and necessary equipment your squad must Knock out the enemy bunker Standard: Knock out and complete the mission as stated in the OPORD according to FM 7-8

  4. Take Charge Minute: Designate Team Leaders and Special Teams Alpha Team: Primary Aid & litter, compass, pace man Secondary EPW and Demo Bravo Team: Primary EPW and Demo, Secondary pace man and Aid and litter Team Security and sectors of fire A- (9-3) by way of 12 B- (3-9) by way of 6 Pick a recorder and Time Keeper

  5. Receives OPORD from TAC

Alpha, Alpha (AA) • Receive OPORD, conduct Pre-combat checks(PCI’s) and rehearsals • Use terrain model • Note : during execution paragraph of OPORD • 360 security • Get Back brief from personnel • Rehearse • Note: ask questions • Conducts PCI’s: • ammo • water • camo • uniform • etc. • Assemble Squad for line of departure (LD) • Radio Higher HQ’s prior to actually crossing the LD • Note: you can not LD early or late!
