  2. Navigation Administration / User Portal / Connect Central https://genband.adobeconnect.com Meeting Room Login https://genband.adobeconnect.com/<yourname>

  3. Setting Up Your Meeting Room

  4. Open Browser to: https://genband.adobeconnect.com Use your EXPERiUS login (email) / initial password abcd1234 You will be prompted to change your password

  5. Click Meeting to Create Your Meeting Room

  6. Enter Meeting Room Information Enter a unique meeting room name for your URL

  7. Continue to Edit / Click Next / Click Finish Enter your local dialin # for MeetMe So You Can Add in the Bridge and Record Both Audio & Collab Sessions

  10. Click the Link For Your Meeting Room v

  11. Enter Your Meeting Room or Click the URL v v

Enabling Audio via Handset There may be times were you are in a situation where you’d prefer to present over your handset instead of over your softphone –while marrying audio to web collaboration session. The follow one time step instructions enable you to do so: • Click “My Profile” located in the top right hand corner • Click “My Audio Providers” • Click “New Provider” Button

  16. Enabling Audio via Handset (continued) • Enter Provider Name in field (Ex. A2 Bridge) • Under Status, select “Enabled” • Under Dial-In Numbers: • Click “Add Number” button • Under the location column, click on “Location.” This will now become a text field. Enter dial-in number; numbers only (Ex. 8774073070) • Under Dial-In Steps: • Click “Add Step” button • Under Action column, select “Conference Number” • Under Label column, click on “Label.” This will now become a text field. It is suggested to change this text to “Dial-In” • Under Key/Number column, click in blank row This will now become a text field. Enter dial-in number; numbers only (Ex. 8774073070) • NOTE: Adobe Connect will only connect via toll free numbers (Ex. 877-407-3070) • Click “Add Step” button • Under Action column, select “DTMF” • Under Label column, click on “Label.” This will now become a text field. It is suggested to change this text to “Access Code” • Under Key/Number column, click in blank row This will now become a text field. Enter your access code, followed by # (641XXXX#) • Click “Test Dial-In Steps” button, located at the bottom of the screen to ensure validity/reliability of connection • Click “Save” located in the top right hand corner

  17. Enabling Audio via Handset (continued) • Click “My Audio Profiles” • Click “New Profile” Button • Enter Profile Name in field (Ex. My Bridge) • Under Status, select “Enabled” • Click “Save” located in the top right hand corner Your settings are now set, enabling you to join the audio portion of the conference via your handset – marrying audio with web collaboration session.

  19. https://genband.adobeconnect.com/yourmeetingroom (use the name you assigned on chart 6) When Prompted enter as Member with your login ID / Password You may be prompted to install Flash. Follow instructions. Open URL again. Open Browser to Your Meeting Room URL
