  14. Making The Grade • Mondays: Look for graded work in conduct folder. Please sign and return to me. • Mid-Term Progress Reports: Please sign and return to me as soon as possible. • Report Cards every 9 weeks: Please sign and return to me as soon as possible.

  15. Money, Money, Money • Opening School Expenses • Student Insurance: $25.00 • Lunch Money (pay by the month) – Please send money for the week on Mondays in an envelope with the amount, teacher’s name, student’s name, and keypad number.

  16. While You Were Out • Send an excuse for each absence ( a doctor’s note if possible. • A doctor’s note is required after 4 consecutive absences. • Fairhope Elementary School won the Baldwin County Attendance Award for Elementary Schools 2003-04. We certainly would love to win again!
