  22. Forward part assembly Forward part Backward part Origami part Origami PAassembly Placing all DSSDs on the assembly bench Forward part assembly Backward part assembly Origami assembly Gluing ddgeDSSD on the ribs t Gluing Origami parton the ribs

  23. Picked up backward DSSD(rec.)

  24. Placing hybrid board

  25. Gluing PE1 and wire bonding

  26. Flipping DSSD with another jig

  27. Flipping DSSD with another jig

  28. Remove 1stjig

  29. Gluing PE2 and wire bonding Then, readout of slant part is completed

  30. Gluing edge DSSD on the ribs Forward part Backward part Origami part Origami PAassembly Placing all DSSDs on the assembly bench Forward part assembly Backward part assembly Origami assembly Gluing edge DSSD on the ribs t Gluing Origami parton the ribs

  31. Jig for gluing slant DSSD. goniometer Rotation axis Rotation axis Slant DSSD is chucked here • Edge of slant DSSD will sit on here. • The edge doesn’t move after the rotation. • Precise alignment of slant DSSD can be done in the horizontal plane • on the assembly-bench • This jig can be applied for not only L6 but also L4,L5 ladder assembly.

  32. Picking up forward(slant) part

  33. Picking up with gluing jig

  39. Replacing sensor supports with rib support on the rib-jig

  40. Placing ribs on the rib-jig

  41. Gluing forward(slant) sensor on the ribs

  42. Rotating goniometers to fit the slant angle and gluing With the same way, wecan applied for the backward DSSD much more easier(since w/o gonio rotation)

  43. Gluing edge DSSD on the ribsis finished
