Cross-Section RNA Profiling of Arabidopsis Transverse Section Using ATH1 Microarray

This study utilized ATH1 Microarray to analyze gene expression in Arabidopsis transverse sections. Total RNA was extracted, and cRNA probes were generated for hybridization. Data from wild type and rhd2-1 genotypes were compared, focusing on myb23 and cpc/try genes. Protoplasting and FACS were used to isolate cells for RNA extraction. The study provides insights into gene expression profiles in different sections of Arabidopsis.
