  3. Background Section 106 agreement tied to waste facility site. On-site renewable energy generation not feasible. Agreement asked for community renewable energy scheme instead.

  4. De-centralised Heat Generation Proposal Use SELCHP to distribute heat to local estates Projected emissions reduction of 7,716 tonnes of CO².
